At D.J. Bitzan Jewelers, our Forever Free Warranty is our commitment to provide you quality jewelry made to last a lifetime.
To uphold your warranty and keep your ring in its best condition, please have it inspected every six months. Performed by our in-house goldsmiths free of charge, the inspection usually takes 2 hours. We use an ultrasonic cleaner to clean the ring, and check the security of the setting. If no services is needed, we will stamp your warranty card” to last a lifetime.
With proper care and required six-month inspections, our expert craftsmanship protects you for a LIFETIME against:
• Diamond loss •
• Diamond breaks and/or chips •
• Prong wear or breakage •
• Crown wear or damage •
• Bent or broken band •
• Loose stones •
As part of our commitment, D.J. Bitzan Jewelers will provide the following jewelry services at NO CHARGE:
• Refinish the same day, including rhodium finish and polish by request. •
• Clean, check and tighten all stones •
• Verify durability of all metals •
• Ring resizing •
• Provide and update insurance jewelry appraisals •
This jewelry warranty does not apply to lost, stolen or abused merchandise and is non-transferable. This warranty applies to rings purchased after 1-1-2007.
Periodic inspections are required to uphold the terms and conditions of our Forever Free Warranty. Your ring must be inspected every six months by D.J. Bitzan Jewelers or another American Gem Society authorized jeweler. D.J. Bitzan Jewelers will provide a nationwide list of authorized jewelers by request.
